I love when desserts are simple, lovely and above all- delicious. That is what this is. What says summer more than strawberries and rhubarb? And nothing can make you feel closer to be some french woman hosting a fancy dinner party at her summer home in Provence than a Galette.

Believe it or not, I don’t think I’ve cooked with or eaten rhubarb (knowingly at least). Apparently, I need to step out of my box. This looks delicious! And, the photography on your blog is fantastic!

I kept putting off trying rhubarb recipes too but it so worth the plunge! Strawberries and rhubard are lovely together!
